Terms & Conditions:-

1. Expected returns may range from 1.5% to 2.5% per month, subject to plan terms.
2. Investment amount can start from Rs. 1,000 up to Rs. 2,00,000.
3. Asset valuation will be done by authorized valuers appointed by the society; valuation charges, if any, will be borne by the investor.
4. Two coloured photographs of the asset (if applicable) are required for records.
5. Two coloured photographs of the investor along with valid ID proof are required.
6. Returns/interest will be settled on a monthly basis as per the selected investment plan.
7. In case of non-compliance with agreed terms for a continuous period of 12 months, the society reserves the right to take action as per policy guidelines.
8. Any applicable charges, dues, or penalties (up to 5% as per rules) will be adjusted before settlement of the remaining amount.
9. The investor must submit a declaration/affidavit confirming ownership and authenticity of the asset, if applicable.
10. A penalty of 5% may be applicable in case of delay in scheduled payments or commitments.
